I have a site reserved in Tuolumne Meadows before I hit the trail. The site is listed as tent only+ to be assigned. Does anyone know anything about these sites? Here's a copy of the reservation confirmation.

It means you will be assigned a tent only site when you get there.
You didn't want to stay in the backpacker's campground?

It means it's a drive-up campsite where you can have a tent. It has a firer ing and picnic table. No RVs are allowed at these sites.
It's not to be confused with the backpacker's campground, which is first-come, first-serve, and a walk-in campground (you can't drive your car to into the campsite).

Thanks everyone. I didn't want to take a chance on not finding room at the backpackers camp so I booked this to be just to be safe.
I appreciate the help.
