hey all, anyone camped at this campground off hwy 108. staying there this coming weekend wondering if anyone had any info. also, theres a 1 mile hike from strawberry general store to the pinecrest lake dam, wondering if anyone has done this hike or any others in this area. will spend lots of time fishing in the stanislaus if you have any spots your willing to share ;) thanks.

We've spent a lot of time in that area....it's right by Dodge Ridge ski area.

There's a nice trail around Pinecrest Lake...and at the far end, if there's not too much snow, a primitive use trail up to CLeo's Baths. I bet it's too snowy to get up there, but it's a good view of the lake, and the deep pools in the stream are a great way to cool off in early summer.
