Yosemite Guides tours from San Francisco?

I am from UK and planning to visit Yosemite in Mid March for a 2 Day (1 night) trip from San Francisco. Can somebody please suggest a good tour company.
I deally the tour should include:
- Transport frm SF
- Guided tour of major highlights in the park (Giant sequolias, Waterfalls, Halfdome, Valley, meadows etc)
- Reasonable accomodation within park.
Since I am not too comfortable with driving on the 'wrong' side of the road, driving around isnt really my first option.
Will appreciate any help/experiences..
