Tioga Pass
Posted: Sat Jun 04, 2011 12:39 pmOn Wednesday I was in Lee Vining and drove up Highway 120 as far as I could go. Not very far, the bottom of Tioga Lake since it was snowing. There were cuts in the snow along the road that were over 10' deep. I can only imagine how deep it is on top. I can't see it opening anytime soon.
On my way out they had closed the highway down at the bottom once again. This photo was taken below Tioga Lake.
