3 day trip with a 9 year old

Postby Redondo Beach » Sun Nov 24, 2013 9:47 am

I have back packed long trips in Yosemite over the years, now I want to take my 9 year old son on a short 2-3 day "easy trail" trip to a nice lake. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated!

Lady Lake is in Ansel Adams wilderness - Jackass Lakes would also be a good trip for a kid. So would Dinkey Lakes Wilderness.

A short trip in Yosemite would be either Polly Dome Lakes or May Lake.
