This year's snowpack

Hi all,
I saw some data on Yosemite's official Twitter feed regarding this year's snowpack. I won't pretend I know anything about snowpack and its relevance to snowmelt and the impact on Yosemite's waterfalls. So, my question is:
Based on this year's snowpack recording and other factors (el Nino etc), are the falls going to be flowing more/later than last year?
I know late summer is a terrible time to visit in this respect, but unfortunately for me it can't be avoided. Last year (2015) I went mid-August and vernal falls still seemed pretty impressive, while (understandably) Yosemite falls was bone dry. I'll be back again on similar dates this year, how do you think the waterfalls will compare?

Thanks a lot.

Mike.
