El Capitan Hike this weekend

Hello,

Any tips on hiking El Capitan this weekend? Planning for two and a half days.

Snowshoes necessary?

Many thanks!

I think snowshoes are definitely needed. I would take the Yosemite Falls trail to get up there. You often don't need snowshoes until you get to the top. Look at the webcams (the Sentinel Dome camera is broken)
