The clouds I see today are doing something- snow will be there.

And, the views accessible in the time you have are in Yosemite valley. You'll need more time than that to access backcountry views, partially because there will be snow and more of the higher you go, and traveling in the snow is slower than hiking unless you have skis.

Backpacking either rim might be the ticket - patchy snow due to the lower elevation and the streams should be flowing. You'll bump into day hikers frequently tho as the views are all day hikes from the valley floor.
