Tuolumne Meadows June 5

Postby masayuki » Wed Jun 03, 2015 12:19 am

Hello. My group has permits for the Young Lakes via Dog Lake trailhead starting June 5. It looks like a storm may come in around the same time. Can anyone speak to the current conditions in this area? Also I'm wondering if the storm should deter us from the higher elevations and if I should consider a different trailhead that may be open the same day. Thanks for any advice!

I saw some recent TM area reports at http://yosemitenews.info/forum/read.php?17,80033

I see a lightning warning for upper elevations on the NWS web site that you'll want to consider.
