We're planning to do the Ottoway lakes loop next week and were wondering if there is water in Clark Fork, Red creek or Illouette Creek.
Thanks

I think your best bet is to check with the rangers in the wilderness office. Illilouette rarely goes dry---but this year is a rare year. The recent storms may have solved your problem---but the rangers will know for sure.

I called the rangers office and they say there is still water in Clark fork and that this hardly ever dries up completely. The rains have not been substantial yet.
Thanks.
