Overnight Backpacking - 4 Day Trip

Hello I'm looking into booking an overnight backpacking trip in Yosemite and I have no idea what trail to book. I will be going in a small group and we are all experienced hikers but we have never been to Yosemite. What would be a scenic/secluded trail to explore?

When are you planning to go? Does hiking include backpacking experience for your group?

Are you comfortable with cross-country hiking, or do you want to stay on the trail?
How many miles do you usually hike---and at what altitude?
Which is more important to you: Stunning alpine scenery, beautiful forests, good fishing, peace and quiet--no other people.
