Half Dome help!!!

Postby bluhiker » Mon Sep 05, 2016 6:38 pm

Wanted to reach out to anyone who might have extra permits for half dome for this Tuesday or Wednesday. Did not get the lottery, preseason or the daily ones :( If not, anyone recommend any other hikes? We'll be doing Clouds Rest and had planned to do half dome as well. Whata bummer - Thank you!

North Dome from Porcupine Creek is a great hike. And you're already doing Clouds Rest. Best view in the park might be Mt. Hoffman from the May Lake trailhead. Those should both keep you busy, give you great views, and some exercise too.
