Overnight Parking in Tuolumne Meadows?

Postby gohike » Tue Mar 01, 2022 12:18 pm

I have a couple trips planned at the end of the summer that will require me leaving a car at either the initial trailhead, or where I exit. I would prefer to leave my car where I exit, which is going to be Tuolumne Meadows. With all the construction going on, do you know if they are going to allow overnight parking or should I try to find other plans. Thanks in advance.

I don't know the answer, but I have to assume that the parking area near Lembert Dome will still be open. That's where you would normally park overnight anyway, and there are bear boxes aplenty...
