Any idea how bad the snow is? We are hiking From Tenaya Lakes to Half Dome this weekend.

Thanks!

How was the hike? How deep was the snow around Tenaya? Was the crossing deep? I'm heading out there next week. Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

I was in Kings last weekend so I only know the nps website
said the Tenaya crossing was running fast and deep.
You may consider driving up to Pywiack Dome and running down to
the trail and see how the crossing is over Tenaya and the Cath Lakes
outlet.
It may be easier or more palatable. Just not sure how marshy it
is early in the year. Only been thru there hiking late in the year.
If you do go that way... can you please post something.

I really liked the hike on the south part of Tenaya. I'll probably
do that again late this year when Tioga Rd. closes.
