You might think it was lions, tigers and bears; or even rattlesnakes and scorpions. You might think...

But here's the answer, according to the National Park Service:

Well been a couple of years since I have been here, life has been beyond hectic.
A very close family friend was on the Yosemite Search and Rescue team and he told me there is a fair amount of death in the park. Most of which is not advertised to the public, so this article is no surprise.
Some of the stories he told were beyond sad, but equally had some that had us all laughing so hard we were in tears.

For Yosemite specifically though, the number 1 by a clear margin is slips/falls, according to this page:

Car accidents is only number five, perhaps because traffic is often moving very slowly due to congestion…!
