Traveling with Alcohol?

Postby akastner » Sun Jun 26, 2011 8:03 pm

I'm thinking of bringing a bit of whiskey on the trail as a reward for the hard days on the trail. Is it recommended to pack this in my bear canister?

Cheers!

Of course, it has a strong smell! Even if it wasn't strong, storing anything outside the bear canister that smells like food is risky. The thought of a drunk bear isn't very relaxing at night either :-).
