I would like to come for a weekend just to ride my bike around the bike trails but I don't have any experience being at Yosemite at all.

Wawona, Hodgton Meadows, and in the Valley, Camp 4 and Upper Pines.

Be prepared for a lack of bike trails. Here are some right around the villages but that is about it.
