Where to stay?

Postby tonybeo » Mon Jul 09, 2007 5:33 pm

We are looking to visit Yosemite and sleep there or near there in surrounding towns on July 17th and 18th. We are not finding any rooms for less than 200 per night. Is that typical?

Thanks,
Tony Billeaud

No, it's not typical. But July is probably the most popular month of the year. Many normally-priced rooms are probably all taken.

You could consider towns further away, such as Oakhurst at the southern end of the park. Or for lower-cost and further away, Merced
