I am traveling to Yosemite tomorrow 12/20/10 in a 25' rv. Going to Upper Pines if possible. I hear the weather is not good. Can someone there give me the latest road info for highway 140 into Yosemite Village? Do I need chains? Thanks

For current road conditions, call this number:
+1-209-372-0200 (press 1 then 1)

See also the NPS Current Conditions webpage (not always up-to-date):

There's a big storm hitting the Sierra now. Your safest bet is to come in the "all-weather highway", route 140 through Mariposa.
