Leaving a message

We are travelling from Australia late july to hike the JMT , we want to leave or receive a message from some friends who are either at Tuolumne or Yosemite ,is it possible to leave a message somewhere say the visitor centre ? I know there are lockers at Yosemite but does Tuolumne also have this service ?
