So, for 2012 the Valley B/C office opens at 8am but doesn't talk to people wanting Backcountry permits until 11 am (they didn't like pol camping out).
Are there now 2 lines, one for day use and one for overnight requests, or do ppl use one line and let day-use requests ahead?
How early do overnight users now start lining up?
If current day backcountry overnight no-shows are forfeited at 10 am, can they be claimed before 11 am?
