I am planning a trip to Yosemite in a few weeks. Does anyone know what is the condition like at Hetch Hetchy in the winter? How much snow should I expect?
Is the bridge at Wapama Falls fixed?
Thanks!

Usually there's little or no snow. The Hetch Hetchy reservoir is about 1000' lower than the Yosemite Valley floor. So expect it to be cold and damp in winter, with occasional snow and icy patches.
The entrance station is only open during the day (currently open 8-5). See ww.nps.gov/yose/planyourvisit/conditions.htm for current hours.
Don't know about the Wapama bridge--maybe others will chime in?

The bridge has been fixed for quite a while now.
You should have chains with you, or cables, per park requirements. Check road conditions before going, since the road can close after a snow storm.
