4 day backpacking trip from gp to clouds rest

my friends and i will be backpacking memorial dfay weekend and we need to re-work our trip since the HD cables wont be up . . .

day 1 - planning on taking the shuttlke from the valley to GP on fri monring - is the shuttle running? then planning on taking the pan trail to LYV.

day 2 - hike to clouds rest. will we need snow shoes for this leg? is there a campground near CR? what about a water source?

day3 - hike back from CR to LYV.

day 4 - hikle back to valley via muir trai

does anyobdy have any suggestions about alternate routes? or any warnings?
