Mosquitos from year's past. . .

Postby holz » Thu Jun 03, 2010 7:50 am

Hi all,

I'm going to GCOT via GA starting on June 17th for 4 days. What are the mosquito conditions likely to be? Should we all have headnets?

I know there is nothing for sure, but opinions are welcome.

Hopefully the Tioga Road is open. . .

Hi. I've been in Pate in years past at that time of year.
And I've been in TM last year at that time of year.
Knowing there is actually waaaay more snow this year I myself
would not worry about mosquitos at that time.
Glen Aulin proper may be a mosh pit and you may be wading in
water at that time.
But... I don't think that mosquitos will be an issue.
The water will be flowing too much for them to bust out yet.

That's my opinion. :)
Please yell if I'm wrong
