Please review my trip plan 7-17 through 7-29 TM North

Hi everyone,
I need your help in reviewing my route considering this year’s late snow melt. We are leaving TM on a Glen Aulin permit on July 17th. The plan is to head North on the PCT into Cold Canyon then West and North up Matterhorn Canyon, over Mule pass, through Kerrick Meadow, South past Benson Lake into Pate Valley and finally East through the GCT back to the starting point. We have 12 days to cover the ground.
Can anyone share what we should expect trail conditions to be like? Snow, mud, etc. Should we take Gaiters? I’m also interested in day / night temps. Due to the late snowmelt this year would it be wise to reverse the route and go through the GCT first? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
